Level 1A lays the cornerstone of your internal practice. You will activate your inner energy system, strengthen your body, and begin purifying your energy field.
In this course you will learn:
- How to activate body breathing and bring in the universe’s qi into lower dantian in a standing meditation posture to increase one’s physical vitality.
- A powerful spinal movement practice to awaken and open the central channel (Sushumna).
- Techniques to clear six vital energy points in the body’s core.
- Methods to expel sick Qi at will and transform stagnant energy.
- Three core dynamic exercises that restore vitality, balance, and inner stillness—practices that can be done while walking, sleeping, or even working.
Level 1B – Fast Method for the Microcosmic Orbit

This advanced method allows rapid and spontaneous circulation of Qi in the Microcosmic Orbit, flowing through the Du Mai and Ren Mai meridians. Developed through Heavenly Essence Qigong’s original internal alchemy, it accelerates energetic development and unlocks the body’s full healing potential.
Level 1C – Qi Healing & Innate Ability Activation
Module C focuses on learning techniques to improve the well-being of others. In this module, you will learn six powerful Qi healing techniques to help others enhance their health. You will learn to emit Qi externally (发功, fāgōng) correctly, without depleting your energy—and even increasing it each time you perform healing.
The module also includes theory, activation, and practice of three innate abilities:
- Palm perception
- Internal vision
- Aura perception (bio-field)
Level 2A – Foundation for Energy Healing Mastery
Level 2A serves as a focused submodule within the second-level training and is specifically designed for those who wish to build a deep and stable foundation in healing energetics before moving on to the full activation of Nian Li (Mind Force).

_c. HEQ Healing and Wellness Practice_

Course Structure
The course consists of 8 sessions, each lasting 2 to 2.5 hours, with both theoretical and practical components. Lessons are conducted live on Zoom or in-person at our Lisbon location.
